Who We Are

Ativos AI LLC ("Ativos AI," "we," "us") is a Florida company that installs revenue systems for professional service firms. This policy explains what information we collect through ativosai.com, our phone lines, and our client systems, and how we use it. Questions: virgil@ativosai.com.

Information We Collect

• Information you give us. Name, email, phone number, company, industry, lead volume, and anything you write in our forms or emails.
• Calls and messages. If you call or text a number we operate, including numbers answered by an automated virtual assistant, we may record the call and keep a transcript and summary. You are told at the start of the call that it is answered by a virtual assistant and may be recorded.
• Scheduling details. Appointment times and the details you give when booking.
• Basic technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

How We Use It

• To respond to you, schedule calls, and prepare for conversations.
• To deliver and improve services for our clients.
• To send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups you asked for).
• To keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of doing business with us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described in this policy.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, telephony, and AI processing providers), under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing virgil@ativosai.com. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message and stop texts by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
